A community engagement initiative that Empowered young people in professional work experience

FRAMEWORKS worked closely with Art Basel Hong Kong to executive and implement a community engagement initiative, where we provided an educational programme from inception to activation.

We coached young people through a professional development programme which paired them with the tools and resources they needed to feel confident when working in a professional environment. We then matched them to a department depending on their competencies and interest, finally each student committed to supporting their designated department for a 6-month part time period.

Objectives achieved:

1. Providing an equal opportunity for all young people that go through an internship programme at a company

2. To be an extension of the company's CSR objectives in supporting young talent and enthusiasm for the Arts sector among GBA young people

3. To create an adaptive culture amongst staff at every level

4. Create a loyalty for the company brand amongst young people and as they grow personally/professionally

5. To be used as a recruitment exercise for future junior staff for a company
